The Be-Apso is a cross between a Beagle and a Lhasa Apso. Its body is small and compact with short legs, and it weighs between eight and 20 pounds. The typical lifespan is 12 to 15 years. The Be-Apso comes in a variety of colors depending on the parents.

Behaviour and Personality

It requires minimal amounts of daily exercise and does not need a large, fenced-in yard. The Be-Apso has a friendly personality and makes a great family companion, but it does not become over-excited if left alone. For this reason, the Be-Apso is a good dog for busy families or families that are frequently out of the house. Like the other Beagle-mixes, the Be-Apso tends to bark although it is not known for aggression.
