The Cockeranian is a hybrid dog that results from the crossbreeding of the Cocker Spaniel and Pomeranian purebreds. They may be small to medium in size, with coarse upper coats and soft undercoats. Their most common colors are black and white, though light brown and black markings may also be present.

Cockeranians are sensitive, social, friendly, and loyal dogs, sometimes with mischievous streaks. They can make great family pets and work well with children as well as other pets.
