The Crested Malt is a hybrid dog created by mixing the Chinese Crested and Maltese purebreds. They are small dogs, typically weighing only 5-10 pounds. There come in one of two coat variations, one hairless type like the Chinese Crested and the other with hair all over the body which may be either pink, black, blue, copper, or a combination.

Behaviour and Personality
These little dogs are very social and energetic, making for excellent companions and very loving family pets. They are intelligent and easy to train, though training should begin early. For small dogs they have rather a lot of energy and they must be given lots of exercise and play time to stay fit and happy.
