The puginese is a small, mixed breed dog, a cross between the pekingese and the pug. They weigh between 7 and 18 pounds and have a 12-14 year life expectancy. They come in a variety of colors, including black, blue, brindle, black and tan, brown, cream, cinnamon, gray, silver, golden, wheaten, tricolor, yellow, and white.
