Before you enroll your pet in a pet insurance plan, read here all you should know about the enrollment process, from your monthly payment options to monthly premium.

Why is my Zip Code number asked for?

To give you an accurate quote, we need to know where you’re located. Rates and products may vary depending on the state you live in.

Why is my E-mail needed?

We are using your e-mail to store your personalized quote and you'll be able to retrieve your quote at any time for 60 days after the quote is requested. Also, we'll send you the quote per email including follow-ups.

Why do I need to fill my Phone Number?

We know how complex it can be to choose the right pet insurance. Our mission is to provide you with the best personal service possible. Please fill in your phone number so we can assist you further with your quote.

How can I get a multiple pet discount?

When you enroll, you will get a chance to include many pets. By adding another pet you will receive a discounted rate. The discount does not apply to Preventive Care.

What are my payment options?

Payments may be made by credit card or automatic check withdrawal. We accept payments on an annual, semiannual, quarterly or monthly basis. You can change your payment method easily anytime at our free Member Center.

Can I save money by paying annually?

Yes. We’ll waive our low installment fee if you pay your 12-month plan in full. This fee is not applicable in all states.

What happens if I don’t change the default settings of reimbursement, deductible or annual limit?

The default annual limit will be set at $2,500, the default reimbursement percentage will be set on 80% and the deductible on $250 per year. Did you know that you can be covered up the unlimited amount annually and reimbursed up to 90% of the covered vet cost and you can set your deductible as low as $100 per year. When you enroll, please make changes if you wish before clicking.

What is a Monthly Premium?

The amount shown is the monthly amount for this policy.

Can I update my pet's information when I enroll?

You may update your pet's plan or delete a pet from your policy. Certain restrictions apply.

Can I add another pet on my form?

Yes, you can certainly add an extra pet! After selecting plan, Preventive Care option, Deductible and Reimbursement Percentage level and selecting continue on your first pet, on the next page you will be able to add another pet.

How does the money back guarantee work?

If you change your mind within 30 days, you can get a 100% refund if no claims are covered. Except our pet owners in New York can cancel anytime and get a pro-rated refund.

Is my Customer Information secure?

Yes, indeed all your personal and billing information below will be protected.

Do I need to select Payment Information?

Yes, on the enrollment form, please select your method of payment and enter your payment information. Keep in mind that your information will be protected.

Why is the Security Code needed?

By entering the security code that is located on your credit/debit card we make sure your information is correct.

Do you guys verify my contact information?

Yes, we make sure that you enter a proper phone number and a correct email address. Your email address will be used to provide your quotes. Please review the email address you entered and correct any mistakes.
