Inflammation in one eye or both of your pet; both cats and dogs could suffer of Recurrent Conjunctivitis. Conjunctivitis refers to the inflammation of tissues that cover the eye and line the eyelids. When pets experience recurrent conjunctivitis, they are typically constantly exposed to some sort of factor that leaves them vulnerable to the condition. Common things that can cause recurrent conjunctivitis in dogs and cats include constant exposure to smoke, environmental pollutants, dust/debris, chronic infections and eyelash abnormalities.
