Strong-Smelling Urine

The urine of the dog or cat has a strong odor, this strong-smelling urine is perfectly normal in cats due to its high ammonia content. On the other hand, the urine of dogs has a musky, mild smell to it. However, when cats or dogs produce urine that is stronger-smelling than normal, it can be indicative of such health issues as urinary tract infections or kidney infections.
