While Bichon Frise  do have an undercoat, it does not hold much dander and is very curly. Since their hair can tangle easily, regular grooming  is necessary to keep them looking good.

The hairless versions are great for people with allergies. These small dogs  only grow to about eight pounds and are very affectionate.

Bedlington Terriers – Bedlington Terriers have curly, poodle-like hair and can weigh anywhere between 17 and 23 pounds. These are friendly dogs that come in many colors including white, gray, blue, liver and tan. Originally bred to hunt vermin, Bedlington Terriers  make great family pets today.
